Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce scenario-planning models and risk-mitigation protocols for exponential change
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing future-facing strategies for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodology mastery
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision-making
- Published thought leader in futures or innovation strategy with 50+ citations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
