Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal changes.
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks and methodologies to inform long-term planning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making.
- Lead innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging trends on the organization and recommend strategic responses.
- Build and maintain a network of thought leaders, experts, and innovators across industries.
- Communicate foresight insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives and presentations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a related field, with a focus on future trends.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight initiatives.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and other foresight methodologies.
- Passion for emerging technologies and a deep understanding of their potential impact on business and society.
