Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map 2026+ industry trends and disruptors
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into prototype development
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with global stakeholders
- Present future insights to executive board and investor groups
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Quantify innovation ROI through market impact analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
