Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with market potential
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision and ESG goals
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to accelerate R&D cycles
- Mentor next-generation futurists and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
