Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with global tech trends and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, climate tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present futuristic scenarios to C-suite executives and board members using data-driven foresight methodologies
- Oversee the Innovation Lab budget ($5M+) and resource allocation for moonshot projects
- Curate quarterly trend reports on metaverse, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in emerging technology assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products/services (3+ successful case studies)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Deep technical understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and climate tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
