Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, climate, and societal domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate breakthrough solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging paradigms
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-oriented roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and trend mapping frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in tech or consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
