Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and scale emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop executive-ready strategic briefings on disruptive forces reshaping global markets
- Establish and manage an internal 'Future Council' to embed foresight into product development
- Partner with R&D to identify and integrate exponential technologies into core business models
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics and modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies or future trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) or equivalent experience
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
