- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Architect future-state business models and value propositions for emerging markets
- Facilitate executive workshops on long-term scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or futurism roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and system thinking
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Design Thinking preferred
