- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, marketing, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present executive briefings on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities across business units
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive and technical audiences
