Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate foresight insights into executable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and trend synthesis
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption and market evolution
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend analyses
