Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify exponential technology opportunities (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into commercializable solutions

- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech analysis (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- C-suite presentation experience with data-driven storytelling skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Experience managing cross-cultural innovation teams and budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
