Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning systems to detect emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market opportunities and disruption risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and business planning
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advose on organizational adaptation to quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record developing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Assessment, or related field
- Deep understanding of behavioral economics and societal transformation drivers
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from foresight.org) preferred
- Portfolio published in industry journals or major media outlets
