Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ horizon
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for future market shifts
- Design and manage predictive analytics models forecasting industry disruption
- Create compelling future-state narratives and strategic roadmaps for stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Publish thought leadership on future trends in industry publications
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
