Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and societal patterns to forecast industry landscapes post-2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Design and oversee implementation of 'Future-Ready' organizational transformation programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex, interconnected variables
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenario analyses or innovation frameworks
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
