- Author white papers and thought leadership on future scenarios and disruption vectors
- Manage cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
