Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem with academic and industry partners
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard/MIT/Bloomberg preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record scaling innovations to commercial success
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and thought leadership
