Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technology applications
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling executive storytelling
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline performance and future-readiness metrics
- Curate an internal futurist community to embed foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level presentation skills with data-driven storytelling aptitude
- Experience building innovation frameworks in regulated industries
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
