Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging risks and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation strategies
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings on industry disruption
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish KPIs to track strategic alignment with future-state goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis tools
