Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term organizational vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database using AI-driven analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver keynote presentations at global innovation summits and publish thought leadership
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex futures concepts
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums (e.g., Davos, TED)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives from foresight to market
