- Present future scenarios to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional sprints on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leader in tech futurism or innovation
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
