Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Produce trend briefs and white papers published in industry journals and at global forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with designers, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong publication record in foresight or innovation domains
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and data synthesis
