Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ innovation pipelines
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster culture of future-oriented thinking
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Oversee development of prototype concepts for future market validation
- Mentor junior team members in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism publications
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in strategic modeling tools
