Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D collaboration
- Author thought leadership publications on societal impact of 2026-era technologies
- Design and manage innovation incubation programs for moonshot projects
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in corporate innovation, futurism, or strategy consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi)
