- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic initiatives
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Present future outlooks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through horizon scanning and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Business Strategy, or related field
