Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 partners
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight insights into strategic initiatives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Design and implement rapid prototyping sprints for future-focused solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in applying foresight methodologies to product development
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies certification
- Strong network within tech/biotech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in virtual/async environments
