Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (tech, social, environmental) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for future scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders with actionable implementation roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers to accelerate future-ready capabilities
- Monitor emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Create ethical frameworks guiding responsible deployment of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP) strongly preferred
