Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios and adoption pathways
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents that inform executive decision-making

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
