Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for multiple future states and their strategic implications
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate foresight into tangible innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish metrics to track innovation maturity and future-readiness across the organization
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to execution
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their implications for business strategy
- Certifications in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management highly valued
