- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and business model innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders using data-driven visualizations and compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation strategy projects
