- Design scenario planning models for disruptive market transformations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future intelligence into corporate strategy
- Lead innovation workshops and trend forecasting sessions with global stakeholders
- Author thought leadership content on future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis platforms
