Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to identify 2026-2030 market disruption opportunities
- Develop future-state scenarios and strategic roadmaps for cross-functional innovation teams
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives using AI-powered trend forecasting and ethnographic research
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with C-suite executives to align vision with execution
- Build innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable business models
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
