As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify emerging trends, decode technological disruptions, and develop future-ready roadmaps. You'll translate complex data into compelling narratives that inspire action and shape our long-term competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology and societal shifts
- Integrate foresight insights into product development and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong command of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformational change
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or white papers
