Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework identifying disruptive innovations for 2026+ markets
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for future industry disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Author high-impact trend reports on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate-tech evolution
- Design and validate innovation KPIs tracking progress toward 2026 sustainability and autonomy goals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and systemic innovation approaches
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of innovation strategy experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or ventures
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with data-driven scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in futures journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFrA) or equivalent professional development
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption preparedness
