- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future scenarios
- Manage horizon scanning framework using proprietary analytics tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, space tech)
- Proven track record translating foresight into actionable strategies
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
