Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 executives navigating disruption
- Author seminal white papers on emerging societal paradigms and ethical frameworks
- Architect innovation ecosystems connecting academia, government, and industry pioneers
- Identify and validate billion-dollar market opportunities in nascent sectors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at scale
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier business publications
- Proven track record of predicting industry shifts with 80%+ accuracy
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
