You'll translate complex future scenarios into strategic priorities while fostering a culture of exponential innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future workforce automation and human-machine symbiosis
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in climate-tech and decentralized systems
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market shifts affecting global supply chains by 2026
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 partners and venture capital investors at global innovation forums
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on Fourth Industrial Revolution implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or CSSF)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
