Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development pipelines
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and market disruption
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts impacting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their commercialization pathways
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
