Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused product development
- Produce annual foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend validation
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI ethics, climate tech)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption strategies
