Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 50+ global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive 2026-2030 trends
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum AI adoption and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping neuro-interfaces and climate-tech solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Author forward-looking white papers published in MIT Tech Review and Nature Futures
- Mentor junior researchers in futures methodology and technology forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology research
- Published work on AI ethics, climate adaptation, or neurotechnology
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi method)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex tech concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ scenario-planning projects with measurable impact
- Security clearance for government innovation contracts (or ability to obtain)
