Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends with market opportunities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum-AI integration and biotech convergence
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on exponential technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into executable product roadmaps and investment theses
- Author white papers on the future of human-machine symbiosis and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic innovation or technology foresight at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological convergence topics
- Experience with venture capital due diligence and innovation portfolio management
