Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Produce high-impact strategic roadmaps aligning exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) with market opportunities
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 transformation milestones
- Author thought leadership content published in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating exponential technologies into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking mastery
- Published research on 2026+ technology impacts (AI governance, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ innovation frameworks successfully implemented
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTR, CIPM)
