Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech domains
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and venture capitalists
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product and service roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
