Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 5-year strategic vision
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions across global markets
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future technology paradigms
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academic institutions, and venture partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and future-state envisioning exercises
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of successful technology commercialization in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep technical understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published futurist research or patented innovation strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in matrix organizations
