Responsibilities

- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps with quantified impact projections
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology disruptions
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing architectures
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformation strategies
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
