Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026+ market shifts
- Identify and validate new business opportunities through horizon scanning
- Design and prototype future-forward solutions in our innovation sandbox
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futuristic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
