Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging opportunities
- Lead design thinking workshops to conceptualize next-gen products, services, and business models
- Establish foresight frameworks using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate future-focused initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Strong background in business model innovation and ecosystem transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Demonstrated success launching innovation programs with measurable ROI
- Portfolio showcasing trend reports, innovation frameworks, or future scenario projects
