Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with business objectives

- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation sandbox
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic planning outcomes
