Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive trends across technology, markets, and social behaviors
- Design innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year vision alignment for enterprise clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders on future industry disruptions
- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategies with measurable ROI
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-oriented thinking practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and deploying trend-forecasting frameworks
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and strategic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
