- Design scenario-planning models for volatile futures and build organizational resilience
- Translate foresight into actionable roadmaps aligned with business objectives and stakeholder vision
- Champion a culture of radical experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with demonstrated impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Proven ability to develop and scale innovation ecosystems across complex organizations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating abstract futures into compelling narratives
