Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry evolution through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and acquire disruptive startups aligned with 2026 vision
- Author thought leadership reports and executive presentations on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and market disruption readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced multi-million dollar product launches
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends, and proprietary methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential across sectors
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders and Fortune 500 board experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
